Rates are Subject to Change without Notice. The Seven Seas Inn is now open for the 2013 season! Two-Night holiday rentals accepted, add $15 per night. These include Easter, Memorial, and Labor Day weekends. Discounted summer rates available between August 18th thru August 29th. Rates range between $125 and $200. Available on select accommodations only, does not include all rooms or prior bookings, please inquire. Applies only to mid-week rentals (Sunday thru Thursday). Rates quoted are per night and do not include applicable tax. A booking fee equivilent to one night's charge is
required to reserve any room and will be charged to the credit card used to
reserve the room. Any balances due will be collected upon
check-in. Key Dates in 2013 Independence Day is July 4

Please Note that smoking is prohibited inside all of our rooms. Smoking is still permitted outside on the porches, balconies and other designated areas.

The Fine Print:
Guests may inquire about or make reservations by calling toll free 866-773-2746, locally by dialing 458-8122 or email.
To speak with a registered guest, you must dial direct 910-458-8122. Switchboard hours vary based on the time of year. We are able to relay emergency messages only after switchboard hours.
Weekends: Friday and Saturday
Midweek: Sunday through
Thursday
Two night minimum rental required on Easter, Memorial Day, and Labor Day holidays. Three night minimum rental required during the Fourth of July Holiday. Two night rates may be slightly higher. One night rentals on walk-in basis only (when available).
Rates are per night, plus applicable tax (currently 13%).
Rates quoted are based on two or four persons (depending on room type). Some units are equipped with sleeper sofas and will accomodate an additional person. An additional charge of up to $10 may be imposed for the additional person.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card or one night's deposit prepaid by personal check.
Deposits must be received three weeks prior to arrival date to guarantee accomodations.
Due to limited space and staffing, we are unable to accomodate group functions and organized events.
Cancellations:
ALL reservations canceled prior to 21 days of the arrival date will be subject to an administrative fee of up to $50. Any cancellations within 21 days of the arrival date will result in NON-REFUND of the first night's deposit. If you are not sure about your dates or whether or not you are coming, please DO NOT make the reservation. Once you book your room, you are responsible for the entire length of stay.

Minimum rental age is 21

Usage of motel and it's pool facilities are limited to the number of guests registered at Check-In.
On-premise parking is provided for one vehicle per room.
