Please Note that smoking is prohibited inside all of our rooms. Smoking is still permitted outside on the porches, balconies and other designated areas.

The Fine Print:
Guests may inquire about or make reservations by calling toll free 866-773-2746, locally by dialing 458-8122 or email.
To speak with a registered guest, you must dial direct 910-458-8122.
Weekends: Friday and Saturday
Midweek: Sunday through
Thursday
Three night minimum rental required on Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day holidays. Two night rentals accepted for walk-ins only and are based on availability.
Rates are per night, plus applicable tax (currently 12.75%).
Rates quoted are based on four persons. Some units are equipped with sleeper sofas and will accomodate a fifth person. An additional charge of up to $10 may be imposed for the fifth person.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card or one night's deposit prepaid by personal check.
Deposits must be received three weeks prior to arrival date to guarantee accomodations.
Due to limited space and staffing, we are unable to accomodate group functions and organized events.
Cancellations:
ALL reservations canceled prior to 21 days of the arrival date will be subject to an administrative fee of $25. Any cancellations within 21 days of the arrival date will result in Non-Refund of the first night's deposit. If you are not sure about your dates or whether or not you are coming, please DO NOT make the reservation. Once you book your room, you are responsible for the entire length of stay.
Pets:

Minimum rental age is 21
years.
Usage of motel and it's pool facilities are limited to the number of guests registered at Check-In.
On-premise parking is provided for one vehicle per room.
